Yard sales have two options this year. You may have your yard sale at the front of your lot or you can have your yard sales near the Horseshoe Pit on the lawn. Lots of Shade and Bathrooms at Clubhouse, Parking on Storage Lot.
You must supply your own tables and chairs. There is NO limit on how many tables. Hours are 9am - 5pm. Tables must be taken down at 5pm. Great for those that are hidden with little traffic.
Advertisment has been placed in the Argus Press June 15, 16, 17 20, 21, 22 and The Independent Newspaper for the weekend of June 15th.
If interested in setting up your yard sale either at the Lawn or your lot on the Yard sale weekends.

Here come the Horses!!! Saturday June 30th at 8:00 in the clubhouse and we are looking for horse racers. Our riders need to have a great sense of humor and good imaginations. We provide the horses and all you have to do is name and decorate your horse. If you have questions or are interested please contact Sandy on lot #313 or Doris on lot # 222. More info to follow
LEISURE LAKE JAM SESSIONS. Wednesday nights, 7:30 pm, bring your guitars, violins, harmonicas, etc. for a night of pure music. Contact Brenda Lab, 989-494-9058, lot 224, and let her know you are interested.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: LEAVES MUST BE REMOVED FROM PAPER BAGS BEFORE PLACING THEM IN THE LEAF DUMPSTER. The bags will not compact so the leaves need to be dumped direcly into our dumpster and then you can reuse the bags.
LAKE OWNED LOTS FOR SALE OR RENT: 67, 72, 118, & 175
PLEASE let the office know if you have sold your lot or if you just became a co-owner. We have information packets for you and need a copy of your deed and title (or copy of part of your land contract). The office also has to have a way to contact you and the guards need your guest lists. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
MAIL BOX INFO: We cannot accept mail at the office unless you rent a box here and have Informed the mail person (usually Angie) that it is OK for them to leave packages at the office that are too large for your box. First year mail box fee is $25.00 (includes refundable deposit when mail keys are returned). The cost is $15.00 for subsequesnt years.

Leisure Lake is a condominium association/campground located in Durand, Michigan. Our camping season is from May 1 through October 31. At Leisure Lake, you purchase your lot. Most lots have a trailer or park model on them already, but we do have some vacant lots, as well. Leisure Lake is one of the most unique lakes in Michigan, consisting of 3 miles of shoreline with paved bicycle/walking paths, several peninsulas, two bridges and an island. The lake is spring-fed, making it exceptionally clean. We are located just off I-69, 15 miles west of Flint, 35 miles east of Lansing and 65 miles northwest of the Detroit area.
Leisure Lake has 24 hour security. Each owner will have a auto sticker pass to get into the park. Guest & Family members can be add to the lot owners listed of people allowed to enter the park without an auto stcker. There are several Lots for sale or rent. You can find the most current list in the Lake Classified Ads. The Leisure Lake Office also has information on Lake owned lots available now.
Baseball, horseshoes, tennis, volleyball, corn hole tournaments, Texas Poker, Bingo, and so much more. Activities for all ages. The Club House has Bingo each week for the Adutls while there are Children Activities such as Crafts on Weekends & DJ Dances most Holidays. Did we mention FISHING? No matter the time of year, Fishing is available all year long. The lake is stocked with bass, crappy, walleye and pike.
